Because of the design and construction of Berkshire Place, no floor plans are the same which adds to our character.  As a result, below is a brief listing of each floor’s living space and amenities. First Floor - Includes main entrance, library, private dining room, main dining room, great room/front sitting room, activity room, hair dressing salon, mail boxes, kitchenette, business, administrative and social work offices, laundry room, sun room and nine private senior residential care bedrooms.   Second Floor - Includes nursing management office, assisted dining room, social dining room, two kitchenettes, activity/therapy room, whirlpool tub, and twelve private and five semi-private nursing care bedrooms.   Third Floor - Includes activity room, whirlpool tub, , kitchenette and eight private and two semi-private nursing care bedrooms.
