You are invited to become a member of Berkshire Place!  Any individual who subscribes to the purposes and policies of our organization may become a member, subject to compliance with the provisions of the bylaws and payment of dues assessed.   Berkshire Place may conduct an annual drive for enrollment of members, but persons may be admitted at any time. The Board of Directors shall annually determine the amount of dues (if any) and assess the members.  Only members in good standing shall be eligible to participate in business meetings, to vote, or to serve in any of its elective or appointive positions.
